Rhyason
Contracting services the oil and gas industry,
specializing in construction of various size
pipelines and all types of oilfield facilities.
The geophysical area
that Rhyason services extends from South of
Dawson Creek to Fort Nelson and into north
western Alberta.
All of the work
is outside.
- 80% of the
work is physical labour.
- Rhyason
Contracting operates seven days a week, at
an average 12 hours per day
- Camp work
may be necessary depending on project
location
- Wages are
approximately $14.00-$27.00 an hour, paid
biweekly.
All hiring is
done in person at Rhyason Contracting's Fort St
John office. Pre-employment Orientations
are held every Thursday at 1:00 -1:30 pm.
* prerequisites
for all employees - H2S Alive (current), WHMIS
(within the last 3 years), Fire retardant
coveralls, Hard hat, Steel toed work boots,
Safety glasses, No beards, IRP 16 Compliant
orientation.
Rhyason Contracting currently
has 50-60 employees.
