The North Peace
Branch of the BC SPCA is an animal adoption
centre and also operates the poundkeeping
service for the City of Fort St John.
We promote animal
welfare to school children through the Bite Free
Program and to members of the general public.
We also investigate instances of animal neglect
and abuse.
To apply for a
job at the SPCA, apply at the shelter with your
resume between noon-2:00 p.m., Wednesday through
Saturday.

Shelter Technician: |
Must love animals and support SPCA
principles.
Duties include cleaning kennels,
feeding and providing medical care
for animals, providing customer
service and doing data entry on
computer.
Must have a valid BC Drivers
License.
Knowledge of animal care a plus and
must work well in a team
environment. |
